Awesome! Well, except for wiping out thanks to Freckles ;-) I have been in a major workout slump, so thanks for helping drag my arse off the couch and get back on the treadmill. Hubby and I went to London/Paris over thanksgiving week for our 10th anniversary (woohoo, trip without kids!) -- well, we were in London for exactly 4.32 hours when I proceeded to bite it on some steps outside the British Library (because I was looking at an ad on the side of a double-decker bus and not watching where I was walking). Thought I broke my ankle or foot for a few minutes, but I think I really just sprained the crap outta everything possible on the top of my foot. I hobbled to a drugstore, bought a wrap and walked 7 or so miles a day for the next 5 days. And it's still hurtin' - go figure ;-) So anyway -- thank you for the inspiration to shut up and run -- and I'll be thinking of you while I'm on the treadmill. Here's to both of us hitting consistent 10 minute miles!
