I worked on the Hexy MF quilt a long. I sewed the first 2 hexagons together.
I added borders to my Add A Border swap. So the starter block that I received that looked like this:

Then I got my first blocks for the Quilt Around the World Swap. Lynne wanted something geometric and in aqua, navy, yellow with white backgrounds. I made this.

pretty flowers! I love the blue. I plan on throwing in some blue among my pinks and greens, blue is one of my favorite colors! love what you did with the blocks and borders, nice contrast and very creative.

Love that blue fabric…your hexies are lovely. The ‘add a border” swaps are always so interesting to see how they progress and change. Your geometric block goes perfectly with hers!
