Crafty Creative and Fit update/ posted in: Fitness
I’ve been doing so much this week that I couldn’t wait to post. I kept telling myself to wait until Thursday. Then when Thursday came, I didn’t get around to posting.
1. I made a thingy to keep drafts from coming in the door.
2. I finished my fall table runner
1. Continue working on my disappearing nine patch
2. At least consider making the backing for the SO’s quilt.
1. Did a yoga video once
2. Walked at least every other day
3. Did a full arms/abs workout which made my abs so sore that I didn’t repeat it yet because I didn’t want to be in major pain while working out.
1. More of the same – lift weights, walk, yoga
