Day 3/ posted in: General
I had a plan this morning. My parents are coming here at about 9:30 AM so I would get up, do my cardio, take a shower, have breakfast, and be ready. Good plan, huh?
Then I tried step 1 – get up. I guess that lower body weight lifting routine is effective because I can’t move. My calves are the worst for some reason. I decided to try to limber up with some sun salutations. Right, hands up in the air then gracefully bend at the waist and
put your hands on the floor get stuck with your hands near your knees. Ok, new plan. I’ll spend today walking around a bit to soften up these muscles and hopefully will be limber enough to do the treadmill tonight instead of trying it while I’m walking like a 90 year old lady on a bad day.
