I rode Prize today.
It was only about 3 minutes at the walk but I did it. Her girth didn’t fit but the barn owner was there and stole a girth from someone else’s saddle so I didn’t have any excuses. He held her and his dinner was waiting so I had no choice but just to jump on. Peer pressure is a useful thing sometimes.
I think I need to lie down now.
Yeah!!!! I’m happy to hear that you got to ride Prize again. I hope you continue to get stronger and more sure of yourself again, from now on.

OMG! I don’t know wether to say congrats or what were you thinking! I am uber impressed that even with as much time off as she has had she was good for all 3 minutes. I think the barn owner pressuring you was probably a good thing. At least now you are no longer paying for a lawn decoration…you are paying for your horse. YAY!
