Wednesday weigh in!

It has been a week since my declaration that I was going to be eating healthy. I’ve done ok. I judged a trail ride this weekend where the meal choices boiled down to snack cakes and I had gained two pounds when I came home from that but I got back on plan. The official result of the 1st week’s weigh in is:
