Is one of your New Year’s Resolutions to clean out your WIPs and UFOs? Quilts of Valor in Ohio is working on collecting quilts for a veteran’s retreat in April. We are able to take completed quilts and we are also able to take a few tops that we can have finished in time for the retreat. If anyone has any tops that need a good home that are in the 60″ x 80″ area (I can send you the exact size range if you are wondering) and are suitable for adults, that you haven’t gotten around to finishing, we would love to give them a good home.

I got new windows in my house yesterday so I spent the day in my sewing room to stay out of the way.
I finished up a top that will be going to the veteran’s retreat.
I also got the backing and binding made for this.
I made a birdhouse for a swap group.
I also got started on a new lattice top. It will be retreat-bound too if I get it finished in time.
Love that top!!! I have to admit, this is the first year that I am on a UFO mission. I have never really had any until this year!! Love the hearts on the birdhouse fabric!
