This quilt looks nothing like what I had in mind when I started out.
But, I wasn’t loving what I had in mind. The blocks reminded me of rail fence blocks so I started playing with layouts based on that. Now I like it. There are going to be white sashing strips between each group of four blocks. I think that will make the white look like a maze winding through the blocks of color.
oh its really looking like puzzle game ……. and small Blogs have all natural colors. so it’s very simple and nice …… i like it.

Fantastic! I keep meaning to try my hand at quilting, but knitting is filling up my craft time at the moment. Maybe I’ll have to put my yard aside and give something like this a try.
