Ingredients

  • 15 oz Canned white beans drained
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • Nondairy milk as needed to thin

Instructions

  1.  Combine all ingredients except milk in high speed blender.

  2.   Add in milk a small amount at a time to thin to desired consistency.
