I hope to have some more time to read this week. The husband is having surgery so I’m going to be sitting around hospitals. Maybe I’ll actually get some books done.
I finished my last audiobook yesterday. I have these two from the library to see what I want to start next.
Ok, I tried. I started the White People are Crazy book but I don’t have the patience with psychology needed to listen to this book. Don’t come whining to me about how your parents took care of you wonderfully but you never knew if they loved you because they never asked about your interior life. I can’t handle that kind of self-indulgent claptrap. Maybe you just weren’t an interesting kid. Get over yourself!
I sent that back to the library and decided to stick to the crazy white people theme with this new audiobook. It is about the women who were at January 6 and were storming the Capitol.
