I was able to get a few of the books that I had started done on my mini reading vacation this weekend. Actually, that’s not true at all. Two of the three books I read I had started since I wrote last week’s version of this post. I still have lots in progress.
I quit listening to Columbus Day by myself and started over with the husband. It’s his kind of book. Then I needed a book for myself. The Experiment is a middle grade sci-fi book that was on NPR’s best book list for 2025.
I decided that I just really didn’t care what happened in this book so I sent to back to Kindle Unlimited.
