July 11, 2015 is the 150th anniversary of the publication of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.  To celebrate we are having a tea party of course!

From Buzzfeed

Alice is one of my all time favorite books.  It is one of the books that made me love the whole fantasy genre.  I also love the words.  Every few lines there is an amazing quote.

If I was ever going to get a tattoo, it would be something incorporating this Alice quote.

In honor of Alice’s anniversary, I’m giving away an unbirthday candle so you can celebrate at home.

  1. I have yet to read Alice in Wonderland but it’s on my Classics Club list. Thanks for sharing with Small Victories Sunday Linkup. Pinning to our linkup board and hope you found some great posts to visit this week!

  2. The Dorothy and Alice meme makes me laugh every time I see it. The 6 impossible things is probably my favorite as well. 🙂

  3. My favorite Alice quote….hmmmm….there are so many. Probably this one: “Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”

  4. LOVE that first white rabbit photo. Great UnBirthDay post!
“I can’t go back to yesterday because I was a different person then.”

“Begin at the beginning,” the King said, very gravely, “and go on till you come to the end: then stop.”
