Welcome to January’s Foodies Read!
I’m looking forward to another great year of recommendations of foodie books. I’m sorry about not being able to clear out the spam content on December’s page. After months of ongoing issues, I seem to be permanently locked out of my Inlinkz account so I couldn’t get in to remove them. Inlinkz support isn’t answering my emails anymore (and I had personal emails for the higher ups after so many issues) so we’ll be trying something new. Fingers crossed that I figure it out.
While I work out the technical issues, check out these upcoming foodie books.

Foodies Read is a monthly link up for reviews of books that feature food. All genres are welcome. Any posts that don’t feature a book will be removed if the tech gods are in our favor.

Oh my. So frustrating! If you have time, energy and the inclination, here’s one at the last minute:

I added you as number 1 in February so people can see you for a full month
What a pain!
Here’s my link for my post featuring three Japanese novels set in cafes or restaurants!

I didn’t realize the linkup wasn’t showing because I see it fine. Back to the tech support I go!
I read a lot of books about food, and this will give me an incentive to review more of them. Happy new year!
We’ll be thrilled to have you join us!
I’m sorry you have to deal with all those links by people who clearly can’t follow directions.
Mark, I can follow instructions quite well, and I agree with Marg, “What a Pain!”.
I did save the Knife Skills book cover from Goodreads to my hard drive, then uploaded it, then cropped it.
Using Linky on other Reading Challenges web pages (such as Virtual Mount TBR) is far easier: enter the link to your review, enter a caption, then entire book cover appears, not forcing you to save an image to hard drive, upload, crop. Again, “What a Pain”!
I’m lucky because this will look at my blog post to come up with an image. If I had to download to upload, I’d be feeling your pain for sure.
Iโm switching forms in February. If that one doesnโt work, weโll forget the thumbnails but they are so pretty.
