I feel like letting go of ingredients in junk food is the hardest part for me.
The movie theater we go to has Cheetos popcorn. It is cheddar cheese popcorn mixed with Cheetos. I loved it. I love all kinds of cheese popcorns. The idea of giving those up is very sad.
But, after I had been dairy-free for a while I tried the Cheetos popcorn again. It didn’t taste as good. I also got a nasty headache after eating it. It is amazing how your body’s tastes will change after you are eating healthy food for a while.
I’ll still miss my popcorn though…
It takes time, but once you’re used to not eating junk food, the cravings go away. Hard to believe, but true 🙂

Junk food is the killer for me. If I don’t buy it, I am good to go, but the mind is weak in the grocery store.
It took a long time to convince myself that I was going to no longer enjoy the junk foods that I used to love. But it happened!
