I did really well this last week. I skipped all the free chocolate candy in the exhibit hall. I walked past the free cupcakes. I lined up for salad in the food court instead of at the Hagen-Das booth. I walked over 10,000 steps every day. On the day of the 5K I got over 18,000 steps in. (At home I struggle to get 10,000.) I ate as rationally as possible at restaurants.
I feel good. My pants were a bit loose this morning. I was all excited to come in and weigh myself to see how much weight I lost as a reward for working so hard.
+ 2 lbs.
This better be hormonal weight disguising my real weight loss numbers. There is no way that can be true.
