Cross Fit Week 2/ posted in: Fitness
Today was my first day of week 2 of my crossfit intro time. Everyone else at the 5 in the #$%+” morning class was new so they were looking at me like I knew what was going on. I guess I did. I knew where the weights were and so on. I guess that makes me an expert.
I’ve lost about 5 lbs so far. That’s probably mostly diet related. They are probably going to yell when they see my meal plan since they are big protein people and I’m a vegetarian. But, I’ve cut down on sugar a lot.
The acupuncture helped a lot. I wasn’t tired at all after this morning’s workout.
