I was wrong about my level of soreness. My chest and triceps are sore but not “can’t get out of bed” sore. Today I went for a walk with the SO and also did my cardio workout on the treadmill.
I’ve stocked up for the week of small meals. I’m cooking homemade veggie burgers. I have quinoa in the fridge. I have bean and salsa dip ready for carrots.
I’m a bit worried about having to redo the lower body workout tomorrow since I’m still crazy sore from the last one.
