ETL Challenge – Day 3

People are conspiring against me. When I went to work yesterday there were mounds of chocolate and chips and salsa. I was tempted but I imagined myself having to confess to the universe that I wasn’t able to make it even 2 days and I refrained from eating.

Total weight loss this morning – 3.5 lbs

Breakfast today:

1 hard chocolate candy – The husband made me try it. He said he brought it back from a trip with him for me. I accused him of sabotage but he made me eat it.
Baked apple – core 1 apple and fill space with raisins, cinnamon, and a dash of maple syrup (because these are incredibly tasteless apples). Bake for 5 minutes in an oven that is preheating up to 350. That kept me happily full all morning.

Lunch:

This was bad. Talking to B. used up my lunch time so I had to grab something fast. I got a Quizno’s veggie sub (hold the cheese). That was a little more bread and probably oil than I was probably supposed to eat but I didn’t get the value meal so it was better than it normally would have been.

Dinner:

Mashed cauliflower mixed with lettuce and salsa to cover up that cauliflower taste.
