I ran 2 miles in the snow since the gym was closed.


Our workout was 5 rounds of:

  • 250 m row
  • 100 jump ropes
  • I did it in 17:11. I’m beat!


    After that I was a total slacker. I went out of town again and didn’t work out. But, my schedule is back to normal now so back to work!

    1. I love running in the snow! I find it so calming.

      Here’s to normalcy in our routines again now! My workouts didn’t suffer too much during the holiday week although I did eat WAY too many desserts. Right now I’m grateful my kids are back in school today! Mostly because I’m tired of being a short-order cook all day long. They really have to learn how to cook for themselves at this point.. sheesh.

    2. Congrats on running in the snow…it was 20 degrees here yesterday and I only went outside once to bring the dogs in from the yard, lol. I’m always in awe when I see or hear of people working out outdoors in the winter!
