I’ve had a blogger account forever to be able to post comments on blogger blogs. I’ve decided to use that account to do a food journal and exercise blog like I did here for a week in May. That really helped me to stick with making healthy food choices. Just writing it down for my knowledge doesn’t help. I’m definately a person who needs public humiliation.
