The joys of womanhood

I ate really well yesterday. So logically today I should have lost some weight. This is the last day of my Eat to Live self-challenge. I had lost 4.5 pounds this week. So naturally this morning I have a hormonally induced 5 pound weight gain.

    LOL Oh Gosh, Heather…. I’m sorry!!!! I’m laughing because that is so ironic, not because I wish you ill in your weightloss. I hope that as soon as the hormonal flux passes, the weight drops again as well. (Hey, that’d be cool if it dropped in one fell swoop & you were on to more ACTUAL weight loss beyond that 5 pounds of periodic water-weight.)
