Washington DC was alive with flowers. We even managed to find some blooming trees although most of them were done. My favorite exhibit was the Brian Jungen area at the National Museum of the American Indian. Look closely at this mask and you can see that it is made out of Air Jordan sneakers.

When I run with Freckles I use a Gentle Leader headcollar to control her. She’s a major puller when her leash is hooked to her collar. With the Gentle Leader the leash is hooked under her chin so if she tugs against the leash it ends up pulling her nose back to me. It is [...]
